Fun with Seeds

Okay, class, today we’re going to make seed art! We’re going to use all sorts of different seeds to create unique and beautiful patterns.

Yay! I love seeds!

Cool! What kind of seeds are we going to use?

We’re going to use black soybeans, green soybeans, red kidney beans, sunflower seeds, red beans, corn, oats, and soybeans.

Wow! That’s a lot of seeds!

It is! But we’re going to need them all to create our amazing masterpieces.

I can’t wait to get started!

Okay, let’s begin! First, choose the shape you want to make.

I’m going to make a heart!

Great! Once you have your shape, start gluing on the seeds. You can use any pattern you like. Be creative and have fun!

I’m going to make a rainbow pattern with my heart.

(After a few minutes) I’m almost done!

It’s looking great!

Wow! That’s amazing! Your pattern is so colorful and festive.

I love seed art!

I’m glad! Seed art is a great way to keep your hands busy and your mind creative.
