P2 Morning Science: Sense of Hearing

This morning we explored the sense of hearing by listening to different musical instruments. The children heard the sounds of the drums, saxophone, piano, violin, and tambourine, and talked about how each instrument makes a unique sound.

Everyone also had fun trying some of the instruments themselves, filling the classroom with rhythm and laue

Afterward, we completed our “Sense of Hearing” ears craft by adding pictures of the sounds and instruments we explored. The students worked with great focus and did a wonderful job connecting what they heard with what they learned.
