Fun Friday: Earth Day

For the end of the week, the students got to talk about recyling. Some students shared their ideas about what plastic bottles can become if they are recycled. They were surprised to learn what people can make with recycled plastic.

Then everyone had a chance to turn their own bottle into a colorful art piece . They colored the bottles with markers, then teachers helped them to cut around the bottles in a spiral. The students were proud of their work, and they made nice sun-catchers.
