A Trip to the Zoo

K2 and K3 had an exciting day out at the zoo!

The children were thrilled to see so many amazing animals up close and had a wonderful time exploring, discovering, and sharing the experience with their friends.

They were busy observing the animals—watching how they moved, what they ate, and where they lived. We also became day-and-night detectives! We talked about diurnal animals, which are active during the day, and nocturnal animals, which are active at night. The children enjoyed thinking about which animals they might spot during the day and which ones might be wide awake while we are fast asleep.

There were plenty of excited voices and big smiles as they discovered something new around every corner!
